Shipping and returns
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. However, certain factors, including availability and external circumstances, may affect shipping times.
Important Notes:
- UK Orders: All orders are sent via courier and you be provided a tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched. Some items may be shipped directly from the Czech Republic and could take longer to arrive. We will inform you if delivery may take a little longer.
- EU Orders: All orders are sent from Czech Republic via courier.
- US Orders: All orders are sent via FedEx. Flat shipping fee applies. Goods not subject to new tariffs.
- Rest of the World Orders: Sent by international courier.
- Device Compatibility: Renaissance PEMF devices are designed for European voltage (230V 50Hz). Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
- Delays: Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen issues (e.g., global disruptions).
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on orders over £295 to the UK, Northern Ireland, and within the European Economic Area (EEA).
- For international shipping (outside the UK/EEA). If a shipping cost is not indicated at checkout for your country please contact us for a specific shipping quote before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Inform us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned with original packaging and labels intact, in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice, indicating whether you want a refund or an exchange.
Restocking Fee:
- If an item is returned for reasons other than being faulty, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued for the item price, minus shipping costs, to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
Exchanges:
- If a returned item is non-faulty, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- If an exchange is requested but unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that we will not offer further exchanges or refunds on exchanged items within 14 days. If an exchanged item is faulty, we will provide an exchange.
Coupons and Sale Items
- Coupons must be applied at checkout. If you forget to use the code, we may apply it at our discretion after the purchase.
- Coupons may be valid for use on sale items, as indicated in the terms of the promotion.
- Refunds will be processed based on the final price after discounts are applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify coupon codes and promotions at any time.
