If you make a request to delete your personal data, that request will be honoured only to the extent where the data is no longer needed for the Services you have purchased, or when it is no longer required for our business, legal or contractual record keeping requirements.
We strive to process and ship your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your order, however, order processing time is dependent upon several factors: Please be aware that due to the ongoing coronaviruse problems some orders are taking longer then usual to ship
All items listed are available unless specified. Some items are shipped directly from Czech Republic and may take longer to arrive as they need to pass through our business first. You will be contacted beforehand if this is the case.
Renaissance PEMF therapy devices are manufactured in Europe and suitable for standard Europe mains voltage (230v 50Hz). Please make sure you can power the device correctly before ordering
Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.
We are happy to ship to most countries. Shipping costs to UK, Europe, USA, and UAE are already set. If you require shipping to any other country, please contact us before you pay and we will generate and invoice with you specific shipping cost.
Returns & Refunds – updated 18.10.2023
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please inform us, either by email or by phone, of any item you intend to return within 14 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
If an item is returned for any reason other than being faulty the customer will be responsible for shipping cost and a £15% restocking charge will apply
Shipping cost are free for orders over £295 to the UK and NI, Any country inside the EEA. We will ship to any other destination, please email to find out shipping cost. The purchaser will be responsible for any import duties.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be non-faulty and correct, we will not accept any costs incurred in returning the item. If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on the exchange item as determined by value in our shipping rate chart. We reserve the right to refuse a refund after the statutory 14 day period if goods are not faulty or we believe they have been damaged purposefully. If an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will not include the original shipping charge for the order.
Refunds are issued to the credit card or debit card used to make the purchase. By bank transfer or original PayPal account.
If goods are exchanged for any reason within 14 days of the deliver date we will not offer a further refund or exchange. If the exchanged goods are faulty we will offer an exchange.
When you click accept the terms and conditions when submitting an order or contact form you agree to all the above.
Coupons and sale items
All coupons are to be used at the checkout, if you fail to use your code, we can at our discretion apply it after your purchase. If your coupon code is not recognised, please email us asap and will we be happy to help.
Coupons can be used with sale items where specified.
All refunds will be given at the purchase price once sales and coupon discounts have been applied.
We reserve the right to cancel coupons and sale promotions at our discretion.
