Hemp seeds are high in fats but lucky for us these are essential fatty acids that are incredibly beneficial to the body. Hemp seeds have also been found to help improve skin health. The high levels of essential fatty acids in hemp seeds can help improve skin hydration, elasticity, and overall health. In addition, the vitamins and minerals in hemp seeds can help protect the skin from damage caused by environmental factors such as pollution and sun exposure.

Finally, hemp seeds are easy to incorporate into your diet. They can be eaten raw, roasted, or toasted, and are often added to smoothies, salads, or just sprinkled over whatever you are eating.
