In addition, the vitamins and minerals in hemp seeds can help protect the skin from damage caused by environmental factors such as pollution and sun exposure.

Finally, hemp seeds are easy to incorporate into your diet. They can be eaten raw, roasted, or toasted, and are often added to smoothies, salads, or just sprinkled over whatever you are eating.
